Fabric Stacking Problem

I cannot stack black wool fabric or grey spandex fabric, its in a basket, get an invalid inventory request message.

Update:
Newly acquired fabric of those type stack fine, only those ones that existed in bins prior to the last update are not stackable. Further, they cannot be removed from the bin they are in, same error when attempting to move them. Invalid inventory request message.
