schematic can't be learned
I have an "Artisan Pioneer's Chalk" schematic that is missing the "Toolcraft 60.00 / Pioneer's Chalk" line from the tool tip, and every time I try to learn it I get "You cant learn any more schemes".

Not sure if it's due to it being an old schematic or if it's a newish bug.

This is fixed on the Test Server right now and ready for the next patch. Please check and confirm if you can.

I get the same message trying to learn an "Artisan Scrapper's Chalk" scheme.

My character on test was from before I ground toolcraft from 50 to 60 so I can't learn it yet, but the tool tip shows the correct info now and when I do try to learn it I get told I don't have the right level. So going on that and what thurgond has posted I'd say it's now working.
