This bug has to do with emptying the water from your pails
into the barrel itself.

I tested this out and even though I am no where near the actual barrel
I can right click on my pails in my pouches and do an "empty to" toe barrel
all you have to do is have the barrel selected and be a long ways away
from the barrel it will still let you empty into the barrel even if you are
no where close to it.

In reality you should have to be within 1 meter of the barrel in order to let you
empty into the barrel and not like 15m like I was doing when I tested this bug.
I was standing at the waters edge barely moving to fill my barrels up and that isn't
right.

If you want to duplicate it you can try this with any barrel or come try it with mine (Zone 699)
Fill up your 3 buckets with water at the river behind you.
stand at X: 249.86 Z: 40.06

Now the water barrel is over by the tent (X: 253.40 Z: 18.20) just target it and then
right click on one of your pails in your bag and say empty to and it will fill up the barrel with
water.

Really it should give you some kind of an error message and not fill the barrel and say
something like "You are too far away from the barrel try moving closer"
or something along those lines.

Can you please take a look at this issue please it shouldn't allow you to full your barrel when
you are like 15 m away from it.

Can you please look into this bug please?

I was when I was successfully dumping water into the barrel and not being anywhere close to it

Can you put some better checking to see how close the person is to a barrel or not and
if they are greater than 1m away from a barrel then give some kind of error message
and not allow the barrel to be filled from that distance.
