From what I've read there were connectivity issues with Steam this morning. I was unable to connect to the Steam support site. There may also have been connectivity issues at various hubs connecting to our servers.


Right now everything looks fine with the servers. Note: The creature migration that ran would not cause disconnections. It could cause slower frame rate and in rare cases, command processing backing up (which players tend to see as 'lag') simply because more is being processed in one frame.


I've checked several busy areas in game though and don't see any issues from my machines.


I'll close this as there are no changes in connectivity on our end. If you continue to have issues, please put in a help ticket and we'll see if we can get more info.

This not the place to be bashing someone for the way they posted about a bug nor is it the place to brag about how long you have played Xsyon. In the future nonsense post will be deleted and poster will be warned/infracted. This will be the one and only time there will be a public warning!

As GuideMichael stated: Bug reports are no place for personal disputes. No part of these forums is.

All players are welcome to provide additional information regarding bugs, but speculating on what the developer response will be is not useful.

If any player is experiencing frequent disconnects, please put in a help ticket so that I can get more information and check the server hosts and / or Steam.
