Map Locating
Wanted to enquire, is there going to be more interact able maps? I mean something with a bit more depth as so you can see your exact location, many a times I've gotten myself lost and quite hard to pinpoint where my base is, and this leads me to not want to wander too far from base. I know there is co-ordinates and everything but I'm thinking some people would find it difficult to follow co-ordinates.

For reasons I am not 100% sure on the developer has chosen not to include a world map in the game.
Maybe he wishes every player to have that feeling of traveling into the unknown, of discovering things for themselves etc etc.

That being said it there is a world map available just not in-game.

This map has been kindly updated by a player and shows more information then the original version

I might add that isnt the normal link players use.

The normal link appears to be not working at the moment, hopefully its temporary.

As for your suggestion, only the developer can answer that.

i dont know how it would work out but i think a cartography skill would be neat where you could make maps or use it to make the map you use better or have more detail or something or even have a map in the first place
