Hello

I have some problems with the grafik in the game see screenshot same place nearly same time only after new log in.
Sorry don´t know how to attach Fotos.
But first one don´t see any tree´s or gras no buildings or tripes.
Second Foto after restart I see tree´s gras and so on.
Thats always the same if I leaf the area where I log in.

I don´t know if this is a bug or other Problem, it will be nice if someone can help me or can give me the answere who I should contact also for sending the screehshot.

From you describe ie no Trees, tribes or other things that should be there. The zone has not loaded correctly.
This can happen sometimes unfortunatley the only fix is to re-log. This will cause the zone to be re-loaded.

This usually happens when you cross a zone border normally sprinting so fast that the server has no chance
to send your client the correct zone information so your client panics and loads the default zone that was in place
when the gameworld was unchanged.

does that happen a lot to you? as Sark said, its a loading issue. players said they have such problems after crossing a few zones. i had it 1-2x too, but never after i logged in.

did you log in and it was not loaded or did you just move around and explore?

Hello

I have this always. If I cross to an other Zone no matter how long I sit down there and wait it never change I always must re-log. At the two screenshot´s I already stand there for 5minute real time than I make the first screenshot, after re-log the second screenshot. But it alsow has a good side :) so at explore I never can run in trees or buildings :) .

thats not a good side really. if you cant see structures and log off, you may stuck what you log in again.
you have that always? old system? whats your avg ping and loading time for the game ( it will show up in the system tab of your chat after logging in )

did you try some lower settings and a smaller resolution?

This happens to me a lot and it is always zone 817.

This is an old issue that keeps coming back unfortunately.

For some reason the loading thread will time out for some players when there is too much data loading. (I personally can never reproduce the problem, but I understand the cause).

I've revised the zone loading several times to prevent this, but as more and more objects are added to a zone, the problem comes back. I will need to work on further revisions.

Also by low grafic Quality the same Problem.
System is :
Windows 7 64Bit
16 GB Ram
CPU AMD Phenom IIx4 945 Processor 3,00GHz
Grafik Radeon R9 280X Gaming
SSD 256GB Toshiba

I think the System should be good enough.
