The latest update did a Character wipe. I chose the same name but w/ different crafting. The Old hotbar setup was still there. I had hiding and scavenge and tailor icons on my hot bar. I don't have tailoring this time and last time I had to place all the Icons on the hotbar. Also when I grab and drag an icon from the Actions Box over the chat box (on its way to the hotbar) the chat curser begins to blink waiting for me to type.
