ok, my laptops not acting up as much now. I am installing Xsyon on it and will find the location of the options.sav file. Will let you know as soon as I do.

going back to this, that is wierd. I just installed it on my comp and in C:\\Users\\Public\\Games\\Xsyon I have all the files and folders. Bin, Config, Log, Save, etc etc.

You are saying you don't have any of these?

I certainly can't find them. Only thing I see there is the uninstall folder

we found the problem, he had not uninstalled the files created by an older installer that created them in a different location from the current installer.

All is well now
