Error CreateSoundbuffer Error Unknownstep_0_1

got this error after raising terrain, have been doing it fine for about 10mins then got the error. Clicking ok just brings the error up again, clicking ok again made it go away.

A few secs after this the game logged me out.
Logging back in I got a similar error but this time saying unknownriver_0_1. Game then crashed to desktop after trying to load entities.

I logged in my first character and started moving, every space I moved i got this error.
