Object: 0 is not a valid physical world object

Object: 0 is not a valid physical world object, after this error which appears to times upon login the terrain good 50 feet ahead of me is transparent. the plants and that appear as normal. Past 50 feet the terrain looks as normal. Anyone else has seen this issue?

I get this message twice every time when I log in the test server, but the terrain looks ok for me. I had the feeling that the cowboy hat and scarf caused the problem, I may be wrong though.

looking into this more I think parts of the world are falling apart right now. If I make a new char I am ok until I head over to that area. Shortly after I run into the same issue.
