I have been having patcher issues, first it was just disconnecting me.

Then I formatted to Win 7 after purchasing it today. After all drivers and such are installed I tried to run xsyon again. This time around it downloaded patch fully and promptly closed. I tried to run the .exe instead of the launcher and got the message d3dx9_39.dll is missing, try to reinstall program to fix the problem.

This was probably that problem when I was running xp but it didnt have an error message like that. I have tried more or less everything with firewalls and such but to no avail, it is obviously something with the build of the game.
