when i click the test server it says "the server is not online" but when i click login i get to a empty server?

Thes test server is down at the moment, but as far as I know the main server is up - even though i cant get in there

well ok thanks, the main server is empty it seems, but i can log in just fine, takes 5 mins but it works..im new here can you give more info, like witch server do people mostly play on when both are up? and do you know when the next patch will come, and do they plan to get the mobs back in the next patch...thx

The test server had been running updated, more stable, code. The main server was updated less so things were more persistent. I would say as far as people, it was about 1/2 and 1/2. I played on both servers. Test server has been down for a while.

I am guessing just about everyone is waiting on the next patch and more stuff to do. Main server has been a lonely place for the last week or so.

I've logged on every night on the main server, so I know it is not empty. Remember you can only see chat from people in your zone and the zone adjacents, so you might not see all the folks online.

There usually aren't many people on because people tend to get bored with the handful of features that are currently enabled. Once you spend at most an hour or two crafting the only things left to do are run around, chop trees down, terraform, and maybe see what sort of things you can scavenge up. And once you've tried those for a while you tend to stop logging in.

Even with my scavenging up to 92 now I logged in last night to again run around in circles and scavenge and I am still finding items that are new to me. It's crazy! :woohoo:
