You can purchase a pre-order, that will give you access to early release (technically beta). Otherwise, you will have to wait until release.

Originally it was but it's been pushed back a few times. Current tentative release date is August 15.

Nah. MY Original date was May 15th which got pushed to June 15th. Which then got pushed again to August 15th. In my opinion it might get pushed back again, but we will see, depending on how July testing goes.

Original date was 15th of April.
