Ok I figured out this issue.

I was going to try to rename the folder and do a fresh install but even with everything closed it would not allow me to rename - Folder used by another program.

So with everything closed, I found I still had 4 Xsyon.exe processes running. Ended Processes. Patched Normally.

Now Im with everyone else, missing buttons. Can log in.

Try deleting the xsip files I listed and let me know if that works.

Both servers are up now, but as I mentioned, nothing special on the test server at the moment.
