There ARE join dates. But you have to look at the profiles.
Also, the ID suffices to say when they joined:

451 Toxic
474 Largion
1332 Kitsume
1937 pid73
2166 Relandi

This shows that the "gap" between toxic and relandi is huge to say the least. There are GENERATIONS of forum posters in between...
