Terraforming bug

After i finished making this trench, i log on back again the next day, and this is what i see. It wasnt there before while i was terraforming

This happened to me a few days ago, randomly the terrain had a big spike in the trench. Even weirder is only I coul see it, everyone else could run right thru this. Also happened to another guy in my tribe, he could see it and no-one else could.
