Performance optimizations to Speed Tree.

Updated manual with character creation information that will later be incorporated directly to the character creator.

That is what we're still focusing on for the next update. Most of these will be ready by Friday.

The Speed Tree optimizations will take a bit longer.

Creature AI will be continously improved and tweaked for a while.
