Character Animations bugged

After fighting with my friends for a bit my character on my screen went totally rigid and when i ran/moved no animations showed for movement, instead it was like I was standing still. My friend said to them I was 'floating' whatever that means.

Someone else after fighting said they had some issue as well so I do not think this is only me.

His issues are not unique to him, something similar happened to me when I was sparring with him. My arm locked in place, I could still swing but when I ran it sort of hung at the side.
