Cant create file: Admin doesnt work

Got the Cant creat File error, and tried the fix from above but still get, "Cant create file."

Any other way to fix this?

are you running 2 clients at once?

are you on an account with admin rights?

yes on admin rights, even switched over to my admin account doesnt work there either..

Happened after the latest update a few mins ago

edit2: also tried to reinstall the patcher no luck either

do you have the game in c:\\users\\..... or in c:\\program files\\....?

users, same as for the past 2 months

something in the update caused it.
