FPS drop when highlighting Coyotes

I am experiencing a very large FPS drop whenever a highling a coyote.

My FPS drops to about 1, I'm not sure if this happens when I select other animals, it hasn't in the past but this build may be different.

I've only encountered coyotes so far but I will update whenever I encounter other wildlife.

I just got finished killing a few mule deer, and no FPS drop when highlighting them.

Also the coyotes seem to be stuck in place and don't respond or move at all when I attack them.
