See this all the time when I log in and have seen it when changing zones.

yep, we have had this from time to time and it goes away with a wipe.
someone is probably creating zombie-objects with illegal parameters.
if swimming it can even crash your client.
hope they will be able to fix this.

These are accidentally created 'bad objects' placed by Guides or Developers.

It's not a major issue and we will implement some error checking to prevent this is the future.
