Sound device switching + sound buffer error

The other day when I was in vent using my head set i had to unplug, upon doing so I started getting

"createsoundbuffer error unknownrun_20_4"
"createsoundbuffer error unknownrun_20_5"
"createsoundbuffer error unknownrun_20_8"

with every step.

Can someone with a USB headset test this and tell me if it happens to you also? Simply run the game then unplug or plugin your headset.

oh is the vent your using private?

well the vent thing was a side note, that's just how i came across this error
