yes Terraforming raises leveling bar, which buys combat skill points.

No there is nothing wrong with a short macro (2-3 steps), when a person still needs to be by the keyboard. The big problem is when people can do macroing for 2-5 hours a day without even being by computer.

The only way to prevent it is ban people that do it.

That's probably the only way. The question is, how do you find out?

Or prevent mouse clicks to be generated by the macroing software.
If u can do that, then there is no more macroing.

The mouse click only should be generated if the hardware called for keyboard interrupt.

I remember the old days, when i wrote a little program to accept keyboard input from the keyboard in DOS mode. I had to access a port for that. It was I think port 60. So when a user presses a key, its calls an interrupt and the interrupt processes the key stroke.

Now days the program cant usually talk to the hardware. Its all done thru drivers.

don't need to stop it just need to prevent abuse of using it for total botting

Quoting 2-3 actions should be a feature, we shouldn't have to resort to macroing to accomplish such a thing.

Total using macros so you are not at the computer only reminds me of darkfall and mortal online. Honestly, I think that we need to pay attention to people who are doing this and just report them. Proof should result in a permaban.

macroing for 1-2 hours is fine to me e.g doing for dinner or a mom making dinner but macroing day and night thats a no no

I think I need to clear something up here publicly since Deacon pointed it out to me.

I was making that comment toward people who solely use macros to do everything that they want and just go watch TV, like in the Diablo games.
