Need More Information: Unable to Load Ground Level

I have gotten 2 of these error messages last 2 days still. Maybe crashing while crossing over zones is linked somehow.

When i try log in to the game it freezez at loading zone. unable to load surface for zone 819 and 820 secter 7.

I'll try another starting point and see if that helps

Did you get in game after trying other starting points?

round hill was the starting point that was the one with the error.
I was able to start at secret cove, without any problems...

The server was very laggy I was unable to place stacks of cloth on the ground, chat was very delayed. I ran off up the hill into Sugar pine. Eventually I was kicked from the server. Now I can't get back in.

"Unable to load ground level for zone 856 sector 3"

I've had this before and deleting the character freed it up but only after I created one in a different starting area and then one back into sugar pine. I'd prefer not to have to delete this character again. Anyway to free it up or prevent this from happening?

I have 6Gb of ram.

Don't delete your character. The current loading and lag problems are results of some recent changes.

The programmer who made these is working on a fix right now.
