Chat suggestions

I suggest you let people allow some control over the chat so that we can create channels, be able to turn on/off a background and set its opacity.
Set the colors of the text.
- Currently the chat is quite hard to read as there are no background to cover troublesome colored terrain.

I would like to be able to use apostrophes.
