Hi, I preordered the game a few months ago, simply to show my support till more things get implemented.

Well I downloaded the game now and its installed. When I log into the first password request screen (to patch) it accepts my username and password but when I enter it the second time on the actual game login it says "incorrect username or password". I have reset my forum password a couple of months back if that is any help.

Appreciate the help.
