    Architecture/Terraforming

I'm fully aware that some terraforming actions (level, raise, lower) shouldn't be funtioning near an object.

But could you allow the road action so that you don't have to move the buildings around to make enough room to build the road?

It would reduce the amount of time taken to establish a little village

I agree, like the road, it shouldnt matter if the object is there or not. You should be able to make road near the object. And another thing, when you put a ghost wall, it also does not allow u to terraform close to it.

Yeah, there are a few things that could be changed or eased up on .

And make leveling terraformed area, less random.

It used to be if you had > .x5 it'd go to next higher tenth, and if < .x5 it'd drop to next lower tenth. But now it's almost impossible to do, as it's becomming more random on whether it raises or lowers.

Let me say it like this.

It is easier to level via filling up an area than emptying an area. Both in real life and in the game.
So always level upwards and stay within ,x7-9 .

I know how to level terrain in this game....been doing it for months....but it seems to have changed with their terrain changes...not sure...but it isnt consistant.

Before it could get, and was tedious...but now it's getting way more difficult.

    I have.

Are you building on flat land? If so, there is a difference when building on uneven hillsides.

Pretty nice. And yes i think something changed too. Like when u make a simple lower terrain, it wont make a perfect square as it did before.

The target square meter is a square unit, but the adjoining sqaures are affected differently. I think it is then NE and SW corners of the adjacent tiles that have that cutoff. The always have since I have been terraforming, starting back in May.

Here is a pictorial of how it looks on a grid, the red square is the target tile. Digging or raising terrain work the same as far as affected neighboring tiles.

If you are working on a slope, if the slope is steep, you may end up with a V ditch if you dig or terraform on one of the sides.
