bug after dieng

ok just found out i had another bug after patch, this bug happens after dieing, after dieing it goes back to loading screen... loads everything and then re-enters game after entering game again it puts me back at tribal totem and at which point i can no longer use skills, look at inventory picture, look into bag, or do anything else to this standard. Once again just giving a friendly heads up

Others are saying also they have the "respawning" at totem issue also. I know of 2 others now.
