Mouse won't respond on title screen

I just pre-ordered and got the download done, but when I get to the title screen, the mouse won't respond and to get to the password area I need to use the tab key. If I hit the enter key, it takes me to the character selection screen where the mouse still won't respond. It looks like it may be running in windows mode because of the blue border around the screen. Is there a way to take it out of windows mode offline or maybe a way to access the options on the title screen with out the mouse?

Thanks,support got back to me very fast and pointed me in the way of a new driver. Which has cleared up my issues.
