Baskets left by former Tribe members

Just thinking that if a member leaves there should be a way to be able to change the ability to change permissions over to another member or leader of the tribe for future use. As it stands now if they were personal use baskets there is no way to re use them unless you give access to all containers to anyone who would use them.
Also seems odd that only the crafter who made the basket can set the permissions on who can use it, this limits if you want to make a basket for another member but they would like it to be private to the member, this currently does not seem allowed.

The creator of the basket needs to trade the basket to the person who can then change permissions, as it is now his basket. Unless this has changed or been broken

I agree...the leader should have total control over the tribal area...baskets left by an old tribe should become property of new leader. Once a totem is removed, all baskets that were in that area should go public.

If just the leadership changes but not a new tribe, all basket permissions should be changable by new leader, but any private baskets of remaining tribe members should remain private.
