Welcome to the game! There's plenty of player-written tutorials out these days that can help you get acclimated to the game. If you'd like to join a tribe, I'm currently forming one that will be a Neutral aligned tribe. If you'd like to check out an existing tribe, head on over to the tribe recruitment forum.
