Youre worrying over things that havent been detailed yet, and I dont expect will be for some time. Theres a lot on the board of things to come yet, its going to be an ever evolving game. We dont even know how the skill gains and decay are going to turn out yet let alone anything else, theres a lot of learning to be done by the playerbase.

How about enjoying whats here for now and worrying about such simplicities later when it actually matters, im sure the devs will take it into consideration and probably already have.

Im going to use the common sense logic that crosses my mind: They will most likely give a free stat change once they implement those added features.... Just sayin.

I really would like a CLUE as to what will be added on the 18th - planning would be nice. Will we have cooking (example)? Will this need 'tools' (think frying pan). Will meat be added to killed critters........etc. What skill set is best IF someone wants to be a cook? Will cook also make potions or will this be some kind of medicine? Will cooks be able to make Dye or is this another skill? Will cook need Dex or is Int better?

When I create my For-Ever character it would be nice to have SOME prior knowledge of what to expect.

As i heard it you can disable stats like in UO and gain only a certain stat. I have the same problem i want to play a fully build archer but i have no clue if archery dmg comes from Dex or Str

And you are not 100% right it is already written in the manual which stat is for magic/relegion
