2.) Will 1 person still be able to create a tribe and place a totem like you can now, or will that mechanism change?

1. Not sure, this will likely change as needed.

2. Yes the mechanics will be different come friday for placing totems. Most likely only tribes of ten or more will be able to place totems for the first couple days as stated in the stickeys from announcements made yesterday.

It would be handy to know roughly what time the server will open, i'd imagine fairly late in the evening eurotime so the US players aren't left out.

I'd personally shoot for a post 11pm UK time for selfish reasons.
