What is the problem? Help me someone i really want to play the game!

Problem was the accented characters, it only excepts standard ones

My name and address contain some of these: ÅÄÖåäö

Hello Nafta, please use enlish characters. That is to say, none that have accent marks or others (symbols?) on them. it must be purely AOao etc.
