Prey and Predator?

Should Animals be able to kill each other?
It will add a lot more to the atmosphere to the game.

Definitely should be such a thing. Would be interesting having to kill predators because of the decline in prey or having to kill prey because of the decline in foliage. That way, hunters can actually impact the environment. This is a sandbox game afterall...

Animals already do kill each other I have had some coyotes attack bears that were near by when I was hunting them.
