We concentrate on PvP, city building, and crafting. We arent strictly Oceanic, but we are worldwide, and we do have Aussie members, including myself. Halrequin is a pure Oceanic timezone guild, have been for the last 3 years in Darkfall, MO and now Xsyon.

We're the largest active oceanic guild in existence but still keep the community feel.
