hi guys,just preordered this game but having trouble signing in.basically i've got the update,it connects but then takes me to another login screen where none of the buttons can be clicked n its stuck windowed.

also when i do get past the second login screen same problem,can't click anything.

could somebody plz tell me what i've gotten wrong?
