I know the launch date is 15 March, but right now i´m trying to bring some friends to pre-order and play the game together.

I don´t want to lose the chance to pre-order and gain 2 month of game-time.

Sooo, when is the last day to preorder? 14 March?

No idea really whit the push back tot he 15th I guess people can pre-order until the 14th. no official communication on it tho.
