sorry if it's not the correct section to post that
when i try on my computer (lenovo w500 laptop) at work
to open game in full screen
i got a little pop up window saying "No windowed web device combo found" and i dont have mouse working....
do you know how to fix it ?

Does your laptop meet the minimum requirements?
OS: Windows XP/Vista/7
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3 GHz (or similar)
Memory: 2GiB
Video: 512 MiB Video supporting Pixel Shader 2.0
Hard Drive Space: 10 GB

yes everything is ok
the game was working in windowed mode but 1024x768 was a little bit "little"

can't say, i will re install a,d stay in windowed mode, dont plan to play a lot from work anyway ^^

Means the videocard driver or anyting related to it crashes when you try to start the game up.
As far as specs go the notebook should be able to run it, so try updating everything.
Driver can be found on the Ati site:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx (1:notebook graphics 2: Radeon HD serie 3:Mobile Radeon 3xxxx serie 4: your windows version)
Make sure windows is fully and completely updated, (lots of work related Notebooks/PC's are not)
Reinstall Direct X
