Scavenging limitations ?

This would be horrible if it's true. Having safezones where you are invincible even after attacking someone is bad enough (and yes, I'm all for safezones, but there has to be some limits).

Was able to forage inside someone's boundry and still only got the encroaching message. Gathering and scavenging are probably still working

That would be a really stupid idea. I doubt its going to be that way. Its fun fighting over a junkpile

atm u cant chop trees down in some1's lands however foraging and scavangeing does work :-)
