Ignoring People and local chat

Other than being near a person and physically targeting them to add them to your ignore list, is there another way to add people to your ignore list?

We currently have a troller online for example and I would greatly like to ignore him and his constant typing in caps lock. He picks on any person who talks in the local chat channel and is very annoying, I cannot find a way to ignore him - anyone know how without having to physically track him down to be targetted?

Local chat is now full of Trollers and whiners now that global has been removed. Local chat, imo should only be for the Zone you are in, not for the entire population.

I already have quite the long ignore list. I can't believe how many people in there are obsessed with conversations about genitalia (specifically, cocks). In fact most of the dialog in there looks like YouTube comments being streamed to general chat, and we all know what a cesspool of morons that place is.

I've probably got over 100 folks on ignore. If you talk too much, you're there. I don't want to see you talk about crap. Take the help stuff to the help channel, tribe stuff to the tribe channel...and I wish they had a trade channel.
