Server and Client Status

The server went down temporarily and is back up now for more testing.

I just did a quick update to the server and it's back up.

Told you it'd just take a minute! (For those in the game).

Now that I want you guys to crash the server, the server has been up without problems for about 16 hours. :laugh:

We did patch out some minor fixes before this run, but I think there's still a few things we need to fix. It's looking much better though!

Just a quick note:

We're currently still running a test build of the server and monitoring the server logs. If you get locked out it might take a minute to get back in. We will be resetting the server as we're trying to track down exactly what's still causing problems.

The server will be down for a few days while we prepare the upcoming patch.

If we bring it up for some tests I will announce it, but the test server will not include our upcoming changes.

The server is up and we're basically keeping it up around the clock. If it's down it's for 5-10 minutes maximum while we are either patching or checking error logs.

If the server is down for more than 10 minutes I will post about it.

Just as a heads up, the server will be down for a few hours today while I finish setting things up on the test server. It's currently up but I plan to take it down in about an hour.

Both servers should be up tonight.

Both servers are up and running.

We're running some tests on the test server internally right now. An update so that all players can connect to the test server will be up soon.

I will be monitoring the server for the time being. I may not notice instantly if it goes down. If it does please join IRC (click the chat button on the home page) and let me know there. Posting on the forums won't be any good, I won't be looking
