get a refund for this game ??? i like it, want to play it, just not wanting to play it in its current state. Yes i can afford the cash, but its the principle.

In principle, you should see a "Support" tab in a light shade of brown along the top of your screen.

Move your mouse cursor over this tab, and left click.

You should then see a drop-down menu, with the option to contact "Account/Billing".

Fill in the details and await response.

I presume this is the method to do what you are requesting. I haven't tried it but it would make sense.
I do not know if refunds are indeed available.

That is a question for the billing department, and would likely be best handled through them.
