Only read OP, not the rest of the thread, but I like the idea. I would suggest something like Runescape does, a once a month "Behind the Scenes", which tells everyone what is coming up in the next month, but in Xsyon's case, could also include "in development" stuff.

I think the dev's also need to tell us where they live, who there girlfriends/boyfriends/families are, and what they had for breakfast. This Is Vital Information for any Stalk---- Er, i mean Gamer.
