Some questions about Seasons (especially Winter)

Hello together,
yesterday in general chat i read that winter is coming in a few days and i was wondering what this means to me now. So here are a few questions i'd appreciate to have answered by the more experienced players:

1. How many seasons are there? Just 2 (summer/winter) or 4 (spring/summer/fall/winter)?
2. How many real-life weeks/month does each season last, or are there set dates for each season?
3. Is it harder to find eatable plants by foraging in winter? Do i have to stock food before winter comes?
4. Is water freezing in winter so i can't go fishing?
5. How will winter effect me if i don't have proper clothes? I've seen that some cloth pieces improve cold protection, what if i don't have any clothes besides the starter ones?

2. I've never counted but I estimate a game-season at 2 weeks real time.
3. Not yet, I hope we will have that some time.
