    Rothschild's Ideas for Trading Posts

    Trading Posts

    -Trading Posts (maybe literally posts) that can be placed within tribal bounds.

    -There can be different designs and grandeurs for them, however they should all distinctively be trading posts.

    -Limited number of products, #of slots per trade based on grandeur of trading post (materials required)

    -New Menu which displays all stores visited. Selecting one displays their current available products with the option to return to the list of stores.

    -2 Menus available, one for buyers and one for sellers.

    -Only One buyer and/or one seller may use the trading post at once.

    -Sellers
    3 tabs, Open Sales, Recieved Payments, Make New Sale

    -Open Sales: Lists, with options to sort by title and item in first slot, the items which you have available for sale currently
    -Recieved Payments: A bin style set of slots (with a scroll bar when more slots are needed) where your recieved payments are kept. Recieved Payments update tooltip to "traded by", and do not stack between payments.
    -Make New Sale:
    -Limited Number of Slots for items to be traded. Slots accept items that normally fit in back slot.
    -Pricing
    -"And", "Or", "(",")" buttons at bottom left.

    -Fourth, Fifth Dropdown: Quality
    -Fourth is one of {any, =, >=, <=}
    -Fifth is one of {poor ,low ,moderate ,high ,very high ,master ,supreme}
    -Create Sale Button

    -Buyers
    -List of available sales, sorted by seller in the top half
    -A number of slots at the bottom hold items which have been purchased whcih have yet to be picked up, with a scroll bar if necessary, in the bottom half. These slots are public.
    -If you leave something behind because its too heavy or you dont have room it can be stolen.
    -You can leave half of a heavy, purchase or one you dont have slots for for an ally to pick up.
    -Selecting a trade brings up the items to be purchased and what is owed on the top left and top right respectively. Right clicking or dragging the owed items and selecting trade moves the owed items to the sellers recieved payments and moves what was purchased to the slots in the bottom half.

    Is this an auction house type of thing?

    Sort of

    It would be a place that people can place items to be traded and set a price in terms of other items.

    other players can come by at any time to purchase the items. They can see what is for sale at your store at any time after theyve been there in a menu which can be opened at any time. They can only make a trade by interacting with the Trading Post, which means they need to travel to where it is.

    When setting the price you can be as detailed as you would like and set multtiple possible accepted payments.
    I may set the price as "(100 of any nail any quality) or (one master nukapana axe 17) or (high quality or better silver small metal sheets)"...etc
