I e-mailed support and they said if it continues to do so please wait till tomorrow as they are getting the programmer to have a look at it today.

We are looking at this right now.

    What is the exact message?

Is it: Error: The virtual circuit was terminated due to a timeout or other failure.

    Or is there another message?

Is the Aborted by User. message showing up in addition to the message above?

Are any of the files patching? Or does this error happen immediately after Analyzing Files?

Is this happening for players with a fresh install or only for those patching their current install?

    Re:patching..

I have been getting both of the above messages.

Downloaded 27mbs of the patch then gave me the Aborted by User one, then when I retried it gave me the other one after it had analised the files. Still gives the Aborted by user if I try more than once.

Devuse are you running a fresh install, or are you patching a current installation?

Ok, that helps. It seems that patching portions of files is taking too long. We're working on this right now.
