What is the exact message?

Is it: Error: The virtual circuit was terminated due to a timeout or other failure.

Or is there another message?

Is the Aborted by User. message showing up in addition to the message above?

Are any of the files patching? Or does this error happen immediately after Analyzing Files?

Is this happening for players with a fresh install or only for those patching their current install?

Yup i get the error whilst patching the installer.

I'm receiving two errors now:

Xsyon, for me, sometimes is just the virtual circuit error, and sometimes the Abort user. I didn't install the game from the start, so in my case the problem is when the patcher tries to update my game files. Sometimes I see some downloading, and then it stops and I see the error message. Hope it helps

Im running fresh install and everything is working great for me...flying on the download. Nice connection guys. Downloaded little over 1gb already in 15 mins.
