there might be a limit to how high we can terraform. From one post from a guy who tried to terraform the ground as high as he could go, he got it to about 60 feet. I don't know if he stopped because of boredom or because he wanted to jump off, either way i'd imagine they would have some sort of limits on how high you can terraform.
