Who can find and climb the highest mountain in Xsyon?

Below is a screenshot of me on Mount Tallac at sunset looking northeast. On the left is Lake Tahoe and on the right is Fallen Leaf Lake. The height is 740 feet as evidenced by the data in the screenie.

EDIT: I don't think this is really Mount Tallac but it is on the border with Xsyon's Tallac region. So I will name it the Fallen Leaf Overlook instead.
